A Drama about Youth Gambling
82% is a dynamic and interactive theatre production that addresses the risks associated with gambling and ways to avoid these risks. 82% will be touring Ontario secondary schools this Fall from October - December 2011. This production is provided on a no-cost basis and uses professional young actors and age-specific language and messaging, incorporating insights from extensive research and real-life anecdotes by secondary school students. The content meets the standards of all school board language policies and the one hour session includes a 30-minute performance, followed by an interactive debrief to reinforce key messages.
Over the last decade, RGC has created, developed and delivered six different drama programs to over 223,000 secondary school students in Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and Labrador.
